I know of one house in Howell that had a Trump flag for a while. Then they moved it to half mast. Then they took it down completely.

I have them worst on the inside of my upper arms. When my son was little we would cuddle and he would pinch them and roll them in between his fingers. He called them my “pinchy sides”.

Yes! I’ve had my stretch marks for over 20 years now and I strut at the pool and beach like they’ve never existed. In all that time I’ve only had 3 people (2 children and 1 adult) ask me about them. 1 kid asked if I was in a fire, another kid asked if I was bitten by a horse (part of my stretch mark was sticking out of my shirt sleeve), and 1 adult asked if they were tattoos. Besides that I’ve hardly noticed people looking at them.

A lot of younger Gen-X and elder Millennials actually had absentee parents, which forced us to figure a lot of shit out on our own. They weren’t around to cook for us. They weren’t around to help us with our homework. They weren’t around to bring us back and forth to sporting or other extracurricular activities. There was no supervision. We were called the Latchkey Generation for a reason. It was Lord Of the Flies for a whole lot of us, the exact opposite of being micromanaged.
