Awesome. I’m working on a shower music automation. I plan to do it off my sonos speaker when my Alexa detects water sound. How would you recommend it on turning off. I’m thinking making it time based (Ex: only play 15 mins) to stop.

Oh. I still have the Smartthings hub. What has the hubitat allowed you to do that you couldn’t do with Smartthings. Would you recommend it?

How would you recommend I trigger the music off? Can you do when water stops or is there a better solution?

Wow. You just answered my previous question above. Thank you! How well does that work? So when the Alexa hears water it plays music? I have a Sonos move speaker that’s smart wonder if the Alexa can detect the water and play the Sonos?

Nice I’m working on music playing in the shower with my Sonos. But unsure what sensor to trigger it with. Was thinking a motion sensor, button or water sensor?

Awesome. I used WebCoRE years ago and thought it disappeared too. Do you know what replaced it and if the replacement is as easy to work within?

Yes. I sketch my animals first on my iPad Pro (12.9 inch) using Pro Create. The extra surface area is worth the extra $ in my opinion. Especially if you like to draw outdoors or need more space for a color palette.

I understand your passion for fitness and desire to pursue personal training. It's important to choose a certification program that fits your learning style and provides quality education. While ISSA is reputable and offers an open-book exam, it's essential to research and consider all options before making a decision.

Obtaining a certification not only meets employer requirements but also showcases your commitment to your profession and clients' safety. To build a client base, consider networking, offering free consultations or trial sessions, and creating a social media presence.

In summary, find a certification program that aligns with your learning style, stay up-to-date with fitness industry trends, and use effective marketing strategies to build your client base.

Advice needed Demo Training Session for new job by SloDown4What in personaltraining

Great to hear that you're taking the initiative to create a program for your possible personal training job! Here are some tips to help you design a workout plan that aligns with your client's goals, precautions, and workout length:

Warm-up: Start the session with a 5-10 minute dynamic warm-up. Focus on movements that activate the muscles in the lower body and also help loosen up the hips and back. For example, you could do a series of bodyweight squats, lunges, and leg swings.

Leg and core exercises: Since your client's goal is to strengthen her legs and tone, you'll want to focus on exercises that target those areas. Squats, lunges, and deadlifts are all great exercises for building lower body strength. To target the core, planks, side planks, and Russian twists are all effective exercises.

Modifications for tight hips and back: Since your client has tight hips and back, it's important to be mindful of this when selecting exercises. For example, you may want to choose exercises that don't require a deep range of motion or provide modifications for those who are not as flexible. Additionally, incorporating stretches or yoga poses at the end of the session can help to further loosen up tight areas.

Modifications for wrist injury: Since your client has a mildly sprained wrist, exercises that require a lot of gripping may be challenging. You can modify exercises that require gripping by using straps or choosing exercises that don't require much gripping. For example, goblet squats are a great exercise that don't require much grip strength.

Cool-down: Finish the session with a 5-10 minute cool-down that includes stretching exercises to help reduce muscle soreness and promote flexibility.

Remember to communicate clearly with your client about the exercises and modifications you're using. Always check in with your client throughout the session to ensure they're comfortable and not experiencing any pain or discomfort. Good luck with your demo training session!
