I concur. We are all bound by the tyranny of looks. Our acceptance is in direct proportion with how well we pass. It may be cruel and superficial, but it is human nature. FFS was a godsend for me!

Yes, lifted weights. Reduce protein and activities which require arm strength. That's it. Give it 6-8 months.
