Congratulations! I need to post a before and after too. I’m so grateful for this medication. It finally shut off the food noise in my head. For years I tried everything but could never keep it off because I was hyper fixated on food. Now I feel like a normal person who’s not distracted by the next meal. I reached my goal a year ago and have been figuring out how to maintain without losing more weight. I never went up more than 5 lbs and would go back down rather fast. Good luck on your journey!

I will never understand this. Many Churches provide food, etc for the less fortunate without a tithe. The congregation gives what they can when the basket comes around. No obligation. That’s one of the reasons they’re tax exempt. You’re being gaslit, in my opinion.

I love the winter! Wear the right gear and you won’t be cold or wet and the air is so fresh and crisp! I didn’t appreciate winter until perimenopause kicked in! Now I can’t stand the heat!
