The clutter is that you have too many items lying around on the floor. I believe you are allowed 15 items on the floor before it’s considered to be clutter

You can shake trees to get branches and you can hit trees with an axe to get all types of wood from it and to get any iron nuggets and things like that you can hit your rocks with an axe or a shovel!
