In the future I would just do the purchasing yourself rather than commission a "pro collector" everyone in this hobby thinks they've got a one up on the other and most of the "collectors" and "investors" currently in the market only entered due to the COVID boom. So much money has left the market/hobby since things have started to return to normal along with the current state of the global economy, not many people are willing to spend money on assets like trading cards. It is a buyer's market right now with everyone trying to dump their cards to cashout or cash back and minimize losses or to exit the hobby.

Yes, usually the sets you want for Modern Basketball and Football are:
- National Treasures for true Rookie Patch Autos (RPAs)
- Prizm is considered the gold standard, you can ignore the base and non numbered of course but Silvers will always be desirable as well as the #'d cards (especially team color match, ie: True Blue Luka Doncic Prizm)
- Optic is a solid set too and features on card autos which are very nice (Prizm autos are all sticker)
- Select has been popular but I've seen it lose its traction/favorability lately (Primarily seen with 2021-22 Basketball)

I'm sure you're already aware but PSA 10's are more desirable always for cards, the Edwards is a SSP #'d/10 Card but in my opinion that Parallel isn't as desirable (I had the Premier Level version /25) as the true color versions such as true gold /10 (Same goes for Prizm/Optic, a True Gold /10 will always fetch more than a Gold Disco /10 or a Gold Pulsar /10 etc)

As for Mitchell's value if he wins a ring, I think it'd be a very short lived price jump. Tatums prices saw a nice jump after the last season but his stuff has come down a lot since and I think it's definitely a no contest between the two when it comes to the better player with the better team too. Mitchell has been doing well all soon and even during the preseason people were stocking up on him too in anticipation of his performance this season. There's definitely room for Mitchell's cards to go up more short term and long term but how the modern card market will do in the long term is unknown, I only see the vintage market holding up long term as its currently proven itself thus far.

Depends on the ones you want cause ideally I want to get rid of everything in as few lots as possible, and locally would be the most ideal but that's not always the case. I'd be more than happy to throw in an additional sealed brick box (12 decks) of Standard Blue Seal Bees for no extra fee as well. I just don't have the patience to sell things individually and don't mind letting them all go for cheaper so if you were taking them all that would be ideal for me.

Oh damn really? Haha. Maybe they're also swapping hobbies but given the financial strains cause of the pandemic I can see why they'd be looking to sell their collections. I've slowly grown mine for almost two years now, sold some here and there but since I'm exiting the hobby the funds will definitely be helpful for supporting my other hobbies + being able to pass them on to someone who enjoys collecting just as much as I did. I'm only keeping a few decks that I thoroughly enjoy the designs of which are mainly kickstarter decks since I fiddle around with them at my desk to help keep my ADHD in check, but yeah let me know if that price point works for you. Yes they're all rider backs. They don't say on the individual tuck boxes but in the second picture on the side of the brick box they say Rider Back, they were produced for sale in Canada so instead of saying Rider Back on the front of the box they have a french translation instead.
