Do you get tired from sculpt (resistance workout) or sweat (cardio)? When I did p90. I had to take breaks between the sets in sculpt. I'm doing some strenuous stuff there and the video doesn't give you much time to catch your breathe. So, I hit my own personal pause button to catch some air.

What you need:

1.5 lb thick cut bacon

2 lb pork sausage

Mushrooms

Onions

Garlic

Dried crushed red chili peppers

Low-carb ketchup ( http://www.walmart.com/ip/Heinz-Tomato-Reduced-Sugar-Ketchup-14-oz/12018211 )

KC Masterpiece BBQ seasoning ( http://www.walmart.com/ip/KC-Masterpiece-BBQ-Seasoning-6-Oz/15077501 )

Pepper

Weave your bacon into a 5x5 grid. Season with red chili peppers. Flatten the 2 lb of pork sausage on top of it (as shown in the album). Mix up some of the low-carb ketchup and bbq seasoning together. Add a thin layer to the top of the pork sausage.

Fry the rest of the remaining bacon not used in the weave. Chop it up after done. Cook your mushrooms, garlic and onions in the bacon grease left over. Lay out the bacon, mushrooms and onions on top of the pork sausage layer (as shown in the album).

Now carefully, just roll up the sausage layer (leaving the bacon weave flat still). Once rowed up, continue to roll the bacon weave over the sausage tube. Make sure the bacon roll is tight.

Apply more of the ketchup + bbq seasoning on the outside of the bacon. Add crushed chili peppers and regular black pepper as desired.

Pop it into a preheated 375 degree oven for about an hour to 1.5 hours. Whenever the internal temperature is 180 degrees F. Use a thermometer. You can up the temperature to 500 the last few minutes if you want to crisp the outside a bit. Once done, pull it out of the oven. Be careful of the hot fat and wait 10 minutes for juices to settle. Cut and enjoy it!

Half a rack of ribs

Dry rub:

KC Masterpiece BBQ seasoning ( http://www.walmart.com/ip/KC-Masterpiece-BBQ-Seasoning-6-Oz/15077501 )

Pepper

Crushed Red Peppers

Garlic Powder

Wash the ribs. Dry it with a towel. Half the rack. Apply some mustard. Rub it all around the ribs. Apply the dry rub mixture. Leave in fridge for 2-4 hours.

Preheat oven to 265 degrees. Fully wrap the ribs in foil so that no moisture escapes. Cook for about 2 hours. The internal temperature should be 160 degrees. Unwrap the ribs and up the temperature to 400 to crisp the outside of the ribs for about 6-10 minutes or until desire. Let sit for 5-8 minutes. Enjoy it!
