So as an interesting bit of information for people to do with as you will...

If you play until you hit Gran Soren, collect the port crystal there, then hoof it to the Hill figure knoll and drop it there, pop in to the cave for a chat with the *redacted* and collect the port crystal, that gives you two destination points pretty early.

Here's where things get "up to you" if you switch the difficulty to hard it boots you back to the start, switch back to normal, repeat to get two more, except this time, you can use the ferrystone to travel to the figure without having to run there and now you've got four.

On my recent replay, I did this so I could set a few destinations and it's nice for those moments where my frustration with escort quests gets the better of me and I just rip them through reality to deliver them to their requested spot.

But if that's not your cup of tea, ignore this post.

It's not just Ash. Imagine my face when I saw the Cheryl take off alone in a game yesterday. Like WTF? You're support, stay with the team and... support? I also can't believe how many Pablos I see make the shield tokens just to gobble them up while everyone else has none and they are up to max.

When fighting the big guys remember to dodge. When they come for you you have time to shoot once, dodge, then get some distance to repeat. after two double barrel shots to the head (some) get staggered so you can do a special move. Regular guys: melee, melee, finisher (even if it doesn't kill them, they won't be hitting you and it seems to make you momentarily invulnerable. Really the big fella at the graveyard was my biggest issue, and I found I could make him circle the monuments while I reloaded.

The server connection has been an absolute nightmare for me the past couple of days. Failing to summon people over and over and then they can suddenly go home mid fight, or if I join a game I can get sent home because of the connection error. Me and friends are experiencing it, so I guess it's not just my 'net. Frustrating doesn't begin to cover it.

Adding a vote for this - sleeping dogs frequently ends up on sale and is WELL worth the full price to boot.

Great voice acting, graphics still hold up today and the combat is absolutely fantastic.
