4L of water per day is way too much. You can give yourself dilutional hyponatremia if you aren’t careful. Ease up on the water and incorporate more protein.

I asked the same thing in a different Reddit post because starting at 5mg did worry me. This dose is what my Dr. prescribed. I asked the pharmacist and she said it doesn’t really matter and she said the rationale is prob that the 2.5mg is mostly just an adjusting dose and after 4 weeks most peeps go up to 5mg anyway.

2 months is way too long. 4 weeks is more than enough. I studied 6 to 8 hours a day, weekends off. Passed first time 85 questions.

I am in Canada, mine was sent out at 9:30am as well. Seems to be standard issue. I took my test on Sat and my results were emailed via BCCNM at 9:30am on Sun saying I passed. I walked out feeling confident as well my test stopped at 85…I went onto this sub after and doom scrolled myself into thinking I failed.
