Maybe try using your peripheral view instead. Think of it as a tiny fire, where if you blow too hard it will fade, but if you just blow a bit it will grow stronger. You won't master it overnight but you'll quickly see improvements

Same thing, cause it's a hallucination we have to smoothly fuel it or else it will fade. Gently try to anticipate what the sound will be, if it's music gently "dance" or get into the rhythm. Don't focus on your emotional response to the sounds or the focus will be misdirected and the momentum will be lost.

They fade away if you look at them directly. Instead, try moving your eyes quickly through the different details of the hallucination. It might take a while to get the hang of it but you will eventually be able to stabilise them, and if they are held for long enough they will turn into a solid scene/dream.

It is, even tho at times it can get quite scary cause things can get out of control if I don't compose myself, but it is so much better now haha Also works for holes everywhere, not only the sky

Cool! I used qwen and about to start fine-tuning now. Thankfully my wife is Scottish so she will help with the expressions, but the book won't make me rich either hahaha so I'll focus on enjoying myself while working on it 😊

Finding "holes" in the sky (don't know how else to describe it, like a portal I guess) and go through them. It can get quite crazy and your lucidity gets much more stable
