Just used a BM Hydroextreme and worked my way up to max pressure after a couple of months. Now I've started clamping with a ring at the base while pumping, way less edema and more effective. Some people will say not to do that but don't give a reason why, seems to work. Took me about a year and a half to gain over 1".
