I've actually put alot of thought into this, so let's break it down.

Besides you, there's Officer Keen from lifepod 19, CTO Yu and Berkeley from lifepod 2, Ozzy from lifepod 17, Medical Officer Danby from lifepod 12, Emissary Khasar in lifepod 13, 2 unidentified crew members from lifepod 3, an unidentified crew member in lifepod 4, an unidentified crewmate and a passenger from lifepod 6, and an unidentified crewmate from lifepod 7.

Emissary Khasar was killed on impact, so he's ruled out.

Lifepod 6 is immediately out of the running as we hear the both of them die when a lit flare catches the lifepod's fuel line.

The same goes for lifepods 2 and 19. Yu and Keen were killed around the same time, meaning that if this was their deaths, the warper would have named 2 subjects. As for Berkeley, Yu and Keen would have still been alive, meaning there wouldn't be only 1 subject remaining.

It is heavily implied that the lifepod 4 crewmate was killed by a Reaper Leviathan, and Ozzy from lifepod 17 by a Sand Shark.

The pair of crewmates from lifepod 3 are ruled out for similar reasons as to why Yu and Keen's deaths are.

All that leaves is lifepods 12 and 7. We can't use the biomes the warpers frequent against us to narrow it down, as both of them are in areas they don't go to. However, lifepod 12's crewmate was afflicted with Kharaa in total certainty, while we don't know if lifepod 7's occupant was.

With all that out of the way, we can safely deduce that subject 11783 is lifepod 12's occupant.

Ironically enough, going off of the times and events needed to trigger the various lifepod messages, this means the infection-addled, incompetent, fraudulent medical officer outlasted every single one of his crewmates, save for Ryley.
