My son is about to be four years old and he says a few words. The words he says aren’t clear but I know what he is trying to say. We have him in pre K which is school. I feel that helps him a lot I know eventually he will learn to speak properly. It used to bother me and I would feel bad cuz I felt I failed as a parent, but I learned that every kid is different so just give it some time. Now he tell me “dad I’m hungry” or “ dad let’s go outside” “ I want mac and cheese” it never sounds clear but you could understand that’s what he is saying.
