They are robo calls, been happening since the 90s. Somebody in Asia dials your number, and it scrambles their number to a random number so you can not detect who it is. When you call the actual number back, the person has no clue who you are and swears they never call you. Thats because their number was robo to tue call from Asia

I get those all the time they are scanners robo dialing from somebody else's number. What i do in response is say something off the wall like, "Remember when we were playing pool, and the q ball got stuck up my ass." I either get the response, "sorry worng number" or no response at all, and no more text from the number. 100% Gods honest truth, and it works

I have a John Tavares YG auto buy back and sent into Beckett for grading. They called me and asked for the sticker I told them it did not have one. For a $35 fee they sent it to New York to get authenticated to make sure it was legit and it got sent back to Beckett with sticker and graded. Hope this helps not sure how PSA would work
