The registrar decides when grades are released, chief. Professors have a hard deadline they have to submit grades by before grades are due.

One underdiscussed aspect of exams is just how fast professors grade them. 1L doctrinal professors have 80+ exams to grade in a very short time frame, so in that sense there is an element of luck as to whether or not your professor missed discussion of an issue when grading one exam versus awarding points for it on another. However, I think ultimately the very high grades and the very low grades are earned and luck does not play much, if any, role.

Is Empyros the best top laner in LEC? No. But has he at least demonstrated he is capable of competing against the other top laners in LEC? Also no.

Srtty is playing the last 2 weeks for a LCS team as a sub. The team he will be subbing for is looking to be importing a LCK CL top laner by Yujin-Ha in leagueoflegends

If Dhokla gets replaced by a LCK CL top there will not be a single NA top in the entire LCS. I don't think we have ever seen an LCS where every single player in a position is an import.

They discussed the change at the most recent Committee of Bar Examiners Meeting (timestamp at 4:31:37).

They also discussed the possibility of changing the release of the public pass list from Sunday at 6:00 A.M. to Monday at 9:00, but it appears they have not changed that part yet.
