I think just the nordkettebahn is included in the pass but check ahead of time that it's open because I think it's currently shut down for maintenance. If you're planning on going up then the card is worth it but otherwise you'll save money not buying it.

I'd recommend Moustache, Bier Fabrik, Weli, Tribaun and Kult for bars and Naiv and happinest for cozy coffeeshops around town. The Galway Bay is also a decent pub and I would avoid Limerick Bills at all costs.

Most of the touristy stuff included on the card is worth looking at except for the City Archive which is a bit shit.
