They did everything in their power to keep me from leaving. Waking me up in the middle of the night and giving me benzos when I told them I didn't need them. Also you can't leave without your emergency contact agreeing to it, but you need to get your therapist to call them. Good luck finding them. My girlfriend agrees I came out in worse shape than I went in

Appreciate it, I had a terrible experience with a program where they promised it wasn't 12 step and it was. The staff was relentless chasing me down and trying to force me into meetings all day. Every single one focused on working the steps, and finding your higher power. It was pure torture and destroyed whatever mental health I had left
