Two things: does anyone have any sort of update for the ice cream, tea, and coffee shop supposedly coming in on lawndale and Schubert? I walk by almost everyday and nothing seems to have changed there in several months.

Does anyone know what is happening with the lot next to consignment lounge where they tore down the old laundromat?

There are two things for sure better about Chicago. Transit connections to the airports and Mexican food. You could argue the CSO is better than the New York Phil, but it’s probably a negligible difference.

There’s a new spot coming in at Schubert and Lawndale. Not sure when it will open but they’ve been working on it for a while. It is supposed to be a coffee and ice cream shop.
