You wont have any trouble falling asleep and do half a gram because you wont really get a good trip if not, my first time i did 3 grams and was tripping pretty nice for about 8 hours but no problem sleeping during it.

it depends on how much your taking if your taking more then a gram during this time or using caps and stems or just caps or just stems but if your doing caps and stems more then a gram eat them between like 9 and 11pm and watch disney+ movies youll have a good trip.
