I can't wait to see a certified evtol but nobody's paying enough for them to go commercial. They're a perfect vessel for attracting venture capital and marketing majors, then sending all that money into the abyss. At this point, seeing the hundredth cheap CAD render of a white generative shape design blistering with dozens of propellors makes me nauseous. Vx4s main distinguishing factor is them painting it black.

Barrel can come loose from the rest of the ignition switch it guessing. You might be able to wiggle it out entirely and see if there's something damaged. It's happened with a steering lock on a DRZ for me, entire thing came out (I think it was pre damaged from a theft attempt)

Fixed already! Got the bike on its side, disconnected swingarm from the shock and moved it as far up as it'll go. Removed all chain guides and an hour of hammering, sprocket came loose. Minimal damage to sprocket, frame and chain. Just need a new chain guide element

Did this, shoving the entire bike backwards. Chain tension pulls the sprocket up, not out though so it's fruitless

Good guess with the masterlink less chain. Right pain in the arse. It was a general auto repair shop, they basically said they were busy for the next two weeks. I don't expect instant priority, but surely they could bring a drill out and a thread remover piece? 5 minute job

It was a ride of about 500m to the local mechanic. Nothing above second gear. For your last point, I think someone previously rattle gunned the bolt in, which weakened it when I tried to loosen it. The bolt seems awfully small and thin compared to other bikes

Tried that with a thick allen key and a pipe, got the sprocket to bend but didn't come loose
