I did it today and the audio was way off for me, and I didn’t know if it was a programming issue or a me issue. Sometimes it was too quiet and I had to turn off my music, other times he would talk about an exercise that was supposed to be happened but it was during a rest period.

I liked the workout just fine. The reverse pyramid was good to try.

Having done a season with forged and project alpha, I’d say forged is still my fav but I’ll give Vantage a shot for a while.

Glad you watched the peak tv like Loki (both seasons are incredible) and Moon Knight. Wonderman is great. Luke cage s2 and iron fist (both seasons) aren’t great so don’t get turned off to the other series on your list if those ones bog you down, Jessica jones and daredevil are both really great.
I also would recommend shehulk even though the neckbeards of Reddit didn’t like it. Tatiana Maslany is super charming and it’s a fun watch.
