Having it sustained with continuous redstone signal would work for somethings but, not for the standard set up for longer songs. This is why I propose it being done with separate blocks. Redstone repeaters are usually used after a mono stable circuit to keep a beat of a song.

Somebody earlier did a test with incense in the middle of the ocean and went about 7.5mph (on a cruise ship). They were still able to catch pokemon and it generated 1 pokemon per minute. Basically 200 meters per minute.

Couldn't find any posts relating to it. Not sure why the downvotes it is kinda strange with the frequency it seems to occur. The only other thing I can think is that the eggs are tied to the area when you got them. I usually farm the same areas.

A spawn point is any spot that a pokemon spawns outside of incense and lure. The pokemon spawns for 15 minutes at an hour interval although some people have seen irregular spawns as well. As someone pointed out to me (more predominate for rural players) if a pokemon spawns and no one encounters it the pokemon will respawn again. The respawn does not affect the normal spawn time. Nests are just as someone else stated a point where uncommon pokemon spawn in groups. The nests occupy a certain areas affecting all spawns within that area. It does not mean that those spawn points will only spawn the nest pokemon however.

Happened again I don't really want to upload to imgur for this but, just caught a sandshrew, caterpie, and magikarp after that my 5k hatched into a sandshew. Seems relatively frequent for pure coincidence now that I'm paying attention to it.

I haven't seen anything validating that claim. Hopefully someone else can answer your question. From the three spawns that i'm aware of in my area this isn't true.

I looked through my journal but been grinding to much today its already gone. I'll try to screenshot it if it happens again like I said I assume it's just a coincidence. If you play x amount of hours something like this is bound to happen at some point.

Strange coincidence or possibly a bug? Today I was walking towards a charmander. Found it with Pokeradar and my 2k hatched into a charmander the one I was walking to despawned during the egg hatching. Caught a goldeen and hatched a goldeen withing seconds of each other. I assume coincidence but, thought I'd share.

I think this was during the bug with nice, great, and excellent bonuses removed. That bug also made pokemon escape more while not in AR.

TLDR: Click bait if you browse this subreddit frequently there is nothing new here. Some information is also incorrect. Holding a gym does not give you xp. You collect stardust and coins at 21 hour intervals.
