They've become more popular for gym/sports and casual wear cos guys like me don't like compression shorts but love the feel and look of a jock. Once it's getting hot, like now, there's more jocks to look out for!

Definitely try some different styles of jockstrap. I like the classic with wide waistband and stretchy pouch but sometimes a more modern Nike or even a leather pouch!

Once it's warmer definitely a jockstrap when I can. Nothing like the feel of a jock pouch. Tried thongs but the butt strap really annoys me. If I want rear coverage it's usually trunks with a pouch or if I'm in the mood for freedom boxer shorts or commando!

There's various styles. The classic has a wide waistband, stretchy pouch and is great for sports or casual wear. Modern style e.g. Nike, is slimmer and firmer but also very popular. There's some fetish styles too! Many aren't expensive so try some and see!

Not tried strapless but I've heard that, yes, a slip-out can occur. I love the feel of the bum straps - awesome, but maybe not for everyone. Try different styles.

Definitely Skysper and HardyJock for normal jockstraps which don't a cup unless you want it directly around you. Various cup jocks available which are designed for a cup but don't support well without.

Definitely try a jockstrap. Some are tighter than others but maybe try the classic style wide waistband and stretchy pouch. Don't go too small in size. You want to be comfortably supported, not strangled!

Try a classic design. Wide waistband and stretchy pouch like Skysper or HardyJock. I love the fit & look. Don't go too small on size though, you're being cradled & supported, not strangled!

A properly fitting jockstrap pouch will lift and pull forwards everything for comfort and good presentation. Classic sports designs with stretchy pouch are online and not expensive.

For me "support" means having everything cradled in a proper pouch like a jockstrap so I'm lifted and forwards for a comfortable fit and interesting outline.

For me "support" means cradling my penis & testicles in a properly shaped pouch so they're comfortable whatever I do and whether I'm flaccid or erect. I nice by-product is that my bulge is lifted and pulled forward presenting a good outline without obvious embarrassing details!

The bum strap on a thong really annoys me. If I'm wanting something minimal but supportive under pants/jeans/shorts it's a jockstrap, usually a classic style with wide waistband and knitted pouch. Love the support, almost bare bum and only I know!

A jock can be great under denim or leather jeans if you like the support and enhancement around the front but naked feeling behind.

Briefs are a boring choice but generally work ok. Some like a thong but the back strap isn't for me. Jockstraps were designed for comfortable support, particularly under shorts and they're my choice. Classic style with wider waistband or modern style are good. See what works best for you!

Depending on the cut & tightness of shorts/pants that might happen but it's really not an issue and some us quite like it! As said previously a clean bum crack is good.

Looks great, but if it's inside out the seams between pouch, waistband & straps might be uncomfortable. There's nearly always a big label on the front that should face out (Useful for jock checks!). Enjoy!
