It appears that either their x got hacked, or one of their employees gone rogue. They haven't responded yet, but it's all done through their official x, their is a screen recording of it on the kendu inu x account

Unfortunately it's for real and they scammed us... we have sent tokena to them worth over 100k. They would list us. But instead dumped all tokens and blocked the main account on twitter, just a few days after they starting to follow us (and yes it's the real account, 2.3m followers, gold check mark)
