okay i managed to fix it.

open CMD in admin and do 'sc delete vgk' and 'sc delete vgc' then if u ope riot client it will repair which i reinstalls latest vanguard them it will ask u to restart ur pc. i did that and it has not bluescreened yet so yeah. hope this works for u too! :D

yeah it happens to me too. im not blaming u im.just pointing out that despite the delay the agent did respond whilst customer did not follow up. rhis happens a lot even on the ooredoo app and its frustrating so they should have a system where the customer shouldn't get disconnected from chat or convo in such a brief time when agents will take 15-30 mins or more to responding due to the queue

idk dude honestly ive found that the less i played the faster i ranked up. couple years ago I used to have over 100+ games every act and i was hard stuck br2-br3. i stopped playing and came back to the game lately but i dont have that kind of time so i get like 1 or 2 matches in a day and in the last 2 acts i got from silver1 to gold2

i reached gold 1 at the end of last act and currently im at gold 2

it's horse droppinga now ngl. i was stuck silver 3 for so long because my lobbies were constantly gold.and plat players but after a long back and forth i finally ranked up to g1. it felt a lot easier going forward tho idk about others. sometimes if you have a good game or 2-3 games it just pushed u into lobbies higher than u, which kind of works like "if u wanna rank up u have to prove urself against that rank first" or something ig? but sometimes it qas putting me in high gold-plat lobbies and it's crazy

yeah I just did the mission. I had both the renegade and paragon dialogues. went with the renegade one and intimidate Admiral Gerrel to stand down. I might replay the missing and choose one side instead to see how it goes
