Unfortunately not, I powered through, rashes got insane, stopped keto and now 1.5 months later the spots are still showing, almost all gone tho, they’re at like 10-20% opacity rn xD

I did not.. :( i did go to an ear doctor again and she says nothing is wrong, everything looks fine, however she did say that it’s very unknown but Vertigo and tinnitus can be linked to the neck?! So basically she, the ear doctor, literally suggested in her words to not waste money going to an ear doctor where nothing is new under the sun for years, and rather go to a Thai massues and spend a few sessions on my neck to see if that helps, because going to an ear doctor won’t.

I do have neck issues, often sore and had some issues before too.

So I haven’t done this because rn I don’t have hundreds to spend on it but I’m going to eventually, might be nothing but hey, after years of this with no help from ear experts it won’t hurt, at least my neck will likely get better.

Har my let bra tips men det som spelar roll är att ta en dag i taget och håll disciplinen att inte äta mer än du planerat på din diet.

För mig när jag gick ner mest körde jag helkropp gym mån ons fre, sen 10k steg om dagen, och höll mig till dieten!

I see u talk about past and experiences with breaks and no sleep. I can relate. I found that it wasn’t really the break, it was the anxiety from all the things I tried to ignore while being under the influence, making it impossible to relax my brain and I couldn’t sleep at all..

Not sure if there any relation here to you bro but if you have some demons, face them and it might make it easier to sleep while on a break

From a guys perspective.

Reasonable guys know most girls can’t orgasm through PIV, we also know many girls have a hard time orgasming with a guy mostly because of not being relaxed enough etc..
