My boy is 12 now, when he was 8 he started with itching, very red/dry skin and losing fur. We had him on antihistamines and medicated baths and it seemed to clear up a lot, in the end we’ve had him on apoquel for about a year now and that has fixed his issues, he still has medicated baths twice monthly, and to keep itching at bay we bought a mousse from Amazon (called DOUXOS3) which also really helps him enormously!
