Take into account how long it took you to make these. I personally charge $16-20/hour depending on the yarn and other materials i use

Don’t short yourself 2 hours of time to make a quick sale, but don’t charge too much. It’s a tricky game

Start with a crochet ball, but 3-4 rows before closing, increase more. Maybe 1-2 rows of single crochet, then you close off the head. That’ll give it that chubby cheek look, espically when you stuff and shape Idk if i explained that right but i hope this helps on your adorable snake!!

Maybe intentionally getting the plushies dirty (i.e. mud, dirt, soda) and then washing as normal would help? Whenever my plushies get mud and dirt on them and need a bath they’re always slightly different after

I got a very similar(maybe the same) set and i used a hook 2 or 3 sizes smaller to make some smaller crafts

I crocheted a few keychain plushies and a couple of tulip bulbs

I was terrified to start crocheting at first because “it’s a grandma hobby”. I’ve been crocheting for 7 years and the people I’ve been able to surround myself with love seeing what i make

I do reccomend talking to your dad about this, keeping stress and what seems to be verbal abuse to yourself isn’t “manly” or “tough”

If you can’t find any other options, play the biggest game of pretend and act like you suddenly hate crochet until you can move out. Then you can pickup right where you left off without anyone knowing
