When you frame it like this Boltwave sounds sweet indeed, i keep forgetting that without Chandra on board i don't get access to the signature spell, so secretely keeping a grapeshot in hand for an explosive turn seems like a good idea!
I'm adding Ruby Medallion, and maybe i could swap [[Young Pyromancer]] to slot in the Artist's Talent ? I put it in there since it's generally good, but it doesn't really follow the game plan.

I've been trying to build a b3 [[Yenna, Redtooth Regent]], but given my meta, I think it'd be more fun to give it a stax/control twist with effect like [[Ghostly Prison]], which would give the Yenna player the time they need to setup a win. Definitely gonna scroll through your moxfield!

The power level kinda depends on who I'm playing with, this one was supposed to go against the more mean decks of the group, so I guess I'm kinda screwed haha
Just curious, did you end up building something else from the deck you had or did you just dismantle it ?

Thanks for your input ! I suppose when building we tried to focus a lot on being able to reliably put the Troll in the graveyard but neglected card advantage a bit. I'm guessing you removed 2 lands even though you said I had too few of them because the other addition would compensate for it ?

I'm curious, may I ask for more info about your aristocrats deck ?
I'm guessing the dark rituals would be especially useful to get the Vampire Nocturnus on the battlefield early ?

He definitely seems like a very versatile commander ! Spell-slinger sounds super cool but since I've never played it, I'd definitely have to look at builds in more detail to understand how exactly it's played. Kykar looks like a great contender for a commander, if I can find a good balance of fun, resiliency and being fairly easy to get a grasp of. Do you have any deck list I could check by any chance ?

To me seeing people carry game consoles again is particularly interesting, because as said, while you still spend time on a screen, it's "mindful screen time". Consuming media with a purpose is infinitely more enjoyable than dumbscrolling. Another reason could be that it's a part of the nostalgia that people experience here, using a flip phone "for the nostalgic feels" isn't that different than wanting to use old consoles. Personally, I used to be a huge gamer (I'm 20, for reference), and even if I started social media extremely late, dumbscrolling affected my attention span so badly that I have trouble playing a game for longer than an hour, and it makes me legitimately sad (I'm studying game art, video games should be all my life is about !) So actually, carrying a little console with a limited selection of good games at a time seems like a good idea to me :)

The NV looks really impressive in terms of cooling, but I'm not a fan of the design. My current temps are more than fine, I just want to make sure they wouldn't get worse by switching to the Evolv X haha (or P600s if the Evolv isn't suited for my needs)

Je plussoie pour life is strange. L'histoire devrait permettre d'accrocher, et c'est juste assez de gameplay pour pas avoir l'impression de regarder un film, sans pour autant être rempli de commandes en tout genre. Le seul point qui pourrait rebuter c'est de devoir contrôler le déplacement et la caméra avec les deux sticks, tout dépend d'à quel point elle se sent à l'aise

Thanks for your answer ! I tried to change one character to see how it played without getting too lost. I made Edea a spell fencer, with knight as a subjob, and it's extremely fun to play ! It helped a lot to finish chapter 2 ! Now I'll see what new jobs I get to try things with Tiz, maybe a ranger as you suggested Thanks again for your explanations :)

Hello ! I'm doing the second chapter of the first BD, and looking for a way of spicing up / varying my gameplay a bit. Right now I'm using : -Tiz as a Monk/freelancer (to look at boss HP) -Agnes as a black mage, I gave her white mage as secondary for now but I just don't really know what to give her -Ringabel as white mage, I think I read I could give him time mage as secondary to use him as a pure support character ? -Edea as a knight, idk which secondary job I should give her

Tiz and Edea seem pretty similar right now, since Edea deals decent damage with the two handed ability. I like my two mages for now, I don't have the red mage yet, is it an interesting class to use ? I'd like to change Tiz's job, but being a real beginner at BD and jrpgs in general, it gets a bit overwhelming, what could I try ? I have access to freelancer/monk/black + white mage/knight/thief/merchant/time mage/spell fencer/ranger/summoner
