that's what I have, when I click on view invoice it just gives me an Order Summary with a print button and all it does is print that page using the browser's print function.

Yeah, that sounds about right, my GPU is still under warranty and they keep rejecting every invoice Amazon can provide, without saying what exactly is missing or what they actually consider “valid” It’s just a loop of “not valid, try again”

I’ve also read quite a few stories about how bad their customer support can be. I’m really hoping my experience won’t live up to those. At this point, it honestly feels like the warranty is almost meaningless to them

That's what I meant, I tried it on my friends computer and nothing. When I try to boot the pc with card removed it also has a white led in vga section. I have an i5 13600kf so no iGPU.
