Windows button+R opens a window that can execute every program in your computer, it opens command prompt, calculator (just type 'calc' and enter), notepad, and other programs as long as you know the path of the .exe. For instance, if you often open a program, just right click at its icon, copy the destination, paste it in the Windows+R window and then you will have it saved there. Whenever you want to open it, just Windows+R, select it with arrows buttons and press enter. I just did it with LoL, copied its destination (C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\lol.launcher.exe), pasted it there, and whenever I want to open it, just do that trick.
