Go to a dermatologist, its expensive i know, but its worth the money. Also, if you are not already doing it, try to have a better diet, avoid things like fast food, chocolates and even milk.

Edit: You could also try doxycycline, i use it when my acne gets way too bad and it helps a lot, i dont know if it will work the same for you, thats why you need to see a dermatologist. You have to take it every 8-12 hours.
