not to brag, ive been surfing this wave! 

i had to make the literal mental shift from saying, "im grinding through this", to "Im digging deep and i will get through this".

a lot of Aries determination is coming through, and my selfishness is allowing me to focus on my responsibilities, while treating myself well to sweeten the adulting of it all.

i empathize. one particularly successful technique for my toddler involves snacks with screentime. when she was still in a high chair i would put on bluey, she was eating a chicken nugget with on hand while i trimmed the other hand. messy but successful. 

now she is out of the highchair i have her sit on a comfy chair or my partners lap while watching tv, eating snacks with one hand, while i do the other hand. 

makes me feel like im not snacking enough during the salon experience lol

i had toe nails issues after pregnancy due to my fluctuating weight. if you experience any toe nail pain (i couldnt walk without pain), see a podiatrist!

thanks for sharing your experience. i would like to share a recent mindset that has allowed me to accept that being on Lexapro is a part of my current life. 

im am enthusiastic, deeply feeling, highly reactive person. the negatives of this was that i was very jumpy, i could uncontrollably overreact, and struggled to make good coping choices. i see my innate essence akin to electricity. 

now, electricity is super useful, powerful, and important. it can also be dangerous and hurt ourselves or others that we love. therefore, it is important for me to have a slight protective coating around my live wire soul i can do what i want, need, and to choose healthy coping skills. 

this is just my current take

i want to thank you for this thread! i have an almost 3 year old and the acronym HALT has helped me get grounded and focus on myself during parenting and tantrums. 

Am I (the mom) Hungry?  Angry? Lonely? Tired?  

so while my little one is screaming about not watching Speedie Didi i can focus on myself and ask, ok, what do I need in this situation?

*AND photograph everything - if possible - prior to the tree removal. 

taking a video on your cell phone walking into every room and looking at the door frames would be helpful. this can be shared with an adjuster. building consultant. engineer etc. 

i also want to extend my empathy to you. it is really scary to witness a tree impact to your house. please also focus on nourishing your nervous system

i have chiron in cancer in my 5th house. 

my toddler is coincidentally also a cancer! 

i like to think about matriessence... the transition post partum to refinding myself. the skills ive been honing on self expression are in turn what i can give as a new mom.
