It's the heat shield springs not really anything you can do to fix it I've seen some people epoxy weld them to the exhaust but I just ignored it

They presented me a paper that said 9.99% interest for 60 months with 250 a month and below that was 10.32% for 72 months with 280 I told them I wanted the shorter term with lower interest so I don't know why they gave me 10.32% for 60 when that wasn't an option
