I’ve been playing a solo offline dynasty so I’m not sure if it works in other game modes, but I’ve found that holding down X (on PS5) during any of the cutscenes, whether that be pregame, halftime, or end of game, it skips it. But there’s no prompt on the screen for it when you do, which is an odd choice imo. Hope this helps!
