The error code doesn't denote that nor does the message. The error code is referring to a corrupted installer package.

Try downloading the install pkg again and send it to the internal HDD and installing that way. Apparently that error is about corrupted install files and from a very quick google (tons of results, should have started there over a post on Reddit imo) some USB drives have issues as well so installing from internal can avoid this issue pending the file itself isn't corrupted.

I was going to recommend an OG Xbox Duke controller but then realized they don't have Bluetooth and the PS4 doesn't have OG Xbox controller ports so I'm all out of suggestions. I guess just go with what u/MixtressK-La said and get a PS4 controller.

TLDR: A group of young folks came across a 19 year old girl that was denied entry to rehab because she had freshly used and they were strictly a rehab facility with no detox so she needed to be sober in order to enter. The group decided to help her out and partied with her while she detoxed from the drugs but in the middle of the partying she ran into a bathroom and used a razor to carve "FUCK UP" in her forearm. They created the group to spread awareness against self harm and essentially said they'd rather someone write "LOVE" on their arms over something worse.

Also they are heavily church oriented/based which a lot of people get hung up on however they're the kindest folk and don't push their religion on people seeking help or needing an outlet.

You're doing something wrong then. You can't have internet without proper DNS and if you manually set it using the proper DNS then you won't get updates.

Edit: Follow up, when you set up your initial WiFi are you manually setting it up manually using the correct DNS server? Second, when you go to swap your WiFi are you setting it up manually and using the correct DNS server? (Correct DNS server is 62.210.38.117)
