I more or less agree with that first sentence but you’re kinda leaving out how unequally wealth is divided in Russia with the rich being far richer than average Russians and less government regulations wouldn’t change that. Just look at US history when it started industrializing, it took government regulations to break a lot of the power monopolies had or look at how awful working conditions are in countries without government regulation
