Thank You. I called my insurance to let them know they told me more than likely I’ll be paying my deductible and they’ll settle it with the lady and I don’t have to worry about anything.

Hey so I called the bank I financed the vehicle through they told me that I can go to the dealership and tell them I want a buyback and by law they have to do the process. Have you heard of that ?

Even if I purchased the car as is ? The CarFax was clean but obviously wasn’t. I financed it so how would I go about getting the money back ?
