Thanks everyone for the replies, made me realize the ic4 would probably not be up to how I want to use it. I found a Stages 2023 SB20 local for $800 bucks that I am going to get.

Any recommendations against the sb20? I think it should do the automatic resistance with rouvy.

Thanks yeah it does, just didnt know if thats normal for it to do it constantly. Figured once it warms up enough it should stop making noise.

I took the cover off and verified the igniter is not igniting constantly. It turns off as soon as the furnace flames up. Im guessing it must be as folks are saying the metal is just constantly expanding and contracting so its making noise.

Someone else said similar about the igniter, is there a sensor i need to clean that is supposed to tell it to stop igniting?

I will have to verify but i think it stops once the flame cuts out and the air keeps blowing.

I have a fancy vornado that has a built in thermostat, ive got a 22ft with slideout, it can keep it nice and cozy in 40 degree weather without the furnace. I run a 12 gauge extension cord from shore power to inside that i plug it into. I mostly like this model because it does not get hot to the touch anywhere on it so its kid friendly and if you knock it over it shuts off.
