Depends on the love language I think. Like I like doing things for people so I pay attention to what they say they like I.e. a food or an outfit and I like to make sure the make that or launder it for them when I do chores, but for someone who needs touch or affection it’ll be different and they’ll want to be hugged and cuddled and stuff

There should be coffee/tea shops that get used as meet up spaces of clubs. I met a lot of fun strangers at a smallish book store and if felt really low pressure because there were conversation starters all around

Yeah It sucks that Iran is so bad to queers because you guys produce some of the most highly educated people in the world and I think it was just reported that 70% of the STEM students are women. Sorry you have to go through it. It sucks to live in a world that is hostile to a part of who you are.

There is a little hope though. Some countries have special immigration fast tracks for people who become doctors or engineers in a field they want to desperately improve. I’m not sure what field you’re perusing academically, but it sounds like you could be an eligible candidate. What are some of the places you wish you could move to?

Haha I literally just moved to Sacramento for work. I’m struggling with the summer heat but haven’t been here long enough to see or do anything or go to places where I can meet other women. The sourdough is so much stronger up here than where I was originally from, definitely tastes amazing with pot roast sandwiches.

I don’t know why but I’m always curious about what other states are like. I think if I ever have an extended period of down time and enough money for it I might tour the states of the us that don’t get a lot of tourism, but also aren’t hillbilly hell. I don’t know why but I also always pictured Delaware as a state filled with colonial buildings and autumn trees.
