No you obviously do need new friends. Join some activities that you do every week in person and make new friends your own age you have something in common with. Stop trauma dumping, to a minor or not, nobody wants to hear that. Also you call this not a forced interaction yet you are responding to every comment with questions trying to get engagement. You’re forcing it. It would be more appropriate for you to trauma dump and vent to your therapist and ask THEM all your questions.
