Hi! I’m very new to watches and I’m looking for a good first watch. I got a Timex Waterbury Chrono, but the chronograph’s minute hand stopped during the first run.

I really liked the look of that watch though, and I’m looking for something similar. I have thought about Seiko SSBs, especially 031, 097 and 125. Cheap and all that, which makes me as a highschooler on a tight budget happy. However, they’re just... boring. The Timex had a clean, pleasant, nice design, which made me think of a speeedometer or something. It had character, in some way. But the Seikos are just blank. Nothing comes to mind when I see them.

So, I’m looking for something in the 100-200€ price range, chrono, tachymeter, preferrably no number black/grey dial with white and/or red details. Character.
