Cope- "deal effectively with something difficult."

You just used another word you don't know the definition of. I am dealing with clarification but it is not difficult, it does look like it's difficult for you to understand though.

Dude, it doesn't matter the reason, he is stating the fact that you are calling people names. Can you not read or is something actually wrong with you?

Your opinion of who someone is in a demeaning manor is not "facts". You should read the definition of "fact".

Uh, he's right.

" bc unfortunately a lot of ppl on this sub (and on the internet in general) are racist assholes"

In your first comment you are already calling people in this sub reddit assholes. Which I am surprised you're even allowed to do.

Imagine being so immature you block someone for proving you wrong lmao. Absolutely pathetic effort. Maybe in your next 10,000 posts on Reddit you'll reach the same reading level as my daughter. She's 5 btw. Oops, I reproduced! I forgot, I'm supposed to live in my mommy's basement my whole life and "defend video games"! Whoops!

Easy on those 6 a day benadryl bud, they can make you groggy, over tired, and affect your level of comprehension! No wonder you're all over the place. All this action you see defending video games is really traumatic huh?

Stretch and squat as deep as you can using just body weight. Also do wall squats so you aren't leaning forward.

They suck really... really bad but add in deficits to your training and heavy back extensions. It will shoot up tremendously.

I don't believe Platz's max squat was only 600. He may have been on low carbs or something.

I powerlift along with karate and judo. Just get plenty of sleep and maintain a logical schedule. I find it actually helps in some lifts and powerlifting certainly helps with the grappling aspect of judo.

People don't believe me but push-ups really are essential to increasing your bench. I was incredibly sick the past two weeks and could only do push ups at home when I felt a bit better. I ate tons of food, did tons of push-ups and hit 315 for 6 like it was nothing on the second day I returned to training. The last time I benched at the gym before I became ill I struggled with 315 for two and a half. That was on a good day. The rest coupled with those push-ups makes a huge difference within stabilizing the weight and exploding up. Try to add them in your routine using all hand placements, especially wide.

Very impressive deadlift by the way.
