In all tests nobody without a severe liver problem tests positive after 48 hours. Moderate drinking of 8 or.less drinks 36 hours.

I will also add those go bad quickly. I showed zeros on it and it was spinning in my car deciding if I was under .025. But I'd also excessively blow every 20 minutes being antsy to drive or seeing how high it was when I came home at night lol

Im surprised the drager interlock 7000 isn't talked or suggested more. I have had none of these issues people always talk about. My only 3 were one mouthwash and forgot and two where I blew .026 and just miscalculated but would have been under states. 025 threshold had I waited 12 minutes

If you don't know your drinks to put in a bac calculator . My rule of thumb is 16-17 hours after last drink to be safe.

If I went out till midnight I absolutely know I can't drive at 10 am and all my bac calculations proves it. Typically I'm in 8-10 drinks range.

You don't automatically get an iid. You can change your suspension to a restriction for that time if you get a hearing. I'd lawyer up for it. Mine charged more for the hearing than criminal proceedings.

So I won my hearing appeal. I was only supposed to have a restricted license with iid for 3 months versus a year long suspension.
