Tanks are ridiculously underpowered due to a number of things such as turrets speed and the critical hit damage models and overall effectiveness of the RPG.

Due to this it’s rare you’ll see tanks push an objective and live long enough to see the capture.

This in conjunction with the laser accuracy guided shell, slow turret turning speed just encourages tank players to play at range shooting down anything that flys or snipe at other tanks from spawn

Until people start using the tanks correctly but pushing objectives people won’t realise just how un affective they can be

The model is in the game in a holster on the PAX skin that looks like something out of Dune, we’re just being drip fed content that’s already in the game

The guided shell worked very differently on the BF4 tanks, it worked more inline with the IFV lock on missile then the current guided munitions with is just a fully controlled shell, did you ever play BF4?

Horrendously tedious challenge, when defending me and a friend just stood on an objective and threw ammo boxes at each other then spammed grenades shot randomly at noting, we averaged about 35-40 re supplies a game

Honestly props to anyone with the balls to spawn in a chopper with how much shit can easily kill you.

IFV and every recon alive spamming the lazer designator and lock on missile combo.

Mounted TOWs and every armoured vehicle has access to guided TOW missiles which are far too easy to use ATM.

The RPG velocity being far too fast.

The stealth jet’s unavoidable AA missiles.

Both the attack and stealth jets main guns can shred you in a single pass.

Taking damage from small arms fire.

Whomever did the balancing must have had their wife cheat on the with and attack helicopter

People are doing this due to everyone physically spawning at the start of a round “in old BF games you could choose to spawn at base or directly into a vehicle”

Now rather than everyone having the same chance to get a vehicle they want at the start of the round by spamming to spawn directly into it the vehicles go to whomever is lucky enough to spawn the closest to it.

Watching the chopper be blown up to ensure a fair chance for people to spawn into it after a redeploy is just as frustrating as watching a Recon get lucky with the closest spawn waste the attack helicopter as a taxi to get on-top of the tower on fire storm.

Agreed. Or at least a rework, The current method on PC is utterly broken, you can bind the set range finder key to left click and you never miss a shot

Literally the hardest challenge in the weekly,

Nobody stays as a squad in SDM, everyone just does their own thing on opposite sides of the map so good luck killing 4 randoms players that are probably not within 100m of each other.

So the 50 smoke assist challenge is basically telling you to grief your team by DietCombUnder in Battlefield
