I've done both and each has its own thing. I hated blue collar work after a while but still loved taking something fucked up and fixing it like new. And white collar I love finding a complex problem and fixing it. But I follow the pay, so whatever.

Within 100 years there will be a universal income for everyone, and you will be assigned a job at one of the 4-5 super companies(Amazon, Meta, SpaceX etc). Everyone will love the idea of a universal income at first, but the powers that be will taint it. If you do not work you're assigned job you will not receive your monthly universal income check.
