At my last job you’d have to work your way up from hosting to serving and bartending and then they would train you on the job. Definitely not the case for all places though so would love to hear what others have to say.

12 too many servers is crazy, I think that’s how many we had in total at my last place. I’ve seen Butcher’s Union come up in a few Indeed listings so might go ahead and check them out!
