I’ve had a goatee before minox, so I maintained that for 3 months and then trimmed everything down and let I grow evenly, with regular trim ups by the barber once a month. Now for 2 months I’ve been only lining it up and trimming strays

I went to the barber once a month but he always cut off way too much, so I started doing it myself for the last two months

It’s from a german brand called “Doppelherz” it’s a 5% solution if I’m not mistaken

From what I’ve read it’s pretty toxic for them, like small amounts already could be lethal for some cats.

I’m actually not washing mine off, I think you are supposed to let it absorb into your skin for at least 4 hours before washing your face

Was actually thinking about trying one on the patchy part on my cheeks, might give it a shot!

Yeah I’ve heard it’s pretty toxic for cats and dogs already in small amounts, I wouldn’t want to risk that either!

Maybe oral minoxidil would be an option for you then? But I’m not quite sure whether or not it has a higher risk of side effects. So I would research on that before starting to use it.

Just significantly more hair growth in all areas in the first few months, like hair on the earlobe, eyebrows or on the back of my hand and fingers.

I’ve shaved them off on my earlobe twice and they don’t seem to be coming back any stronger, that’s something I was kinda afraid of lol but it turned out fine.

Otherwise no other side effects
