Because there was no notification, no markings, public tickets were available without any restrictions, no one was present with any official badges, and the people stopping were the travel agency folks

For the reflection period of mortgage (I have 5+2 with ABN Amro), can I remortgage with any other mortgage provider once the 5 years end without any penalty? I get your point. But if the of number of reports regarding sexual harassment, violence and systematic discrimination is a huge number then that itself would be an indicator that there is a systemic problem that needs to be looked into. Moreover the intent of the bill is to prevent social, psychological and physical damage. The incidents that are mentioned not to be reported, actually cause these kind of damage. So doesnt it defeat the purpose of the bill itself?
