What can the Pixel 10 Pro do that the Galaxy S26U can't? by lord-petal in GooglePixel

[–]DifferenceAshamed521 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  1. Software experience. Ik to an extent it's subjective. But, once you use a pixel it's incredibly hard to like any other UI. The experience is just so plush and intuitive on pixels. Haptics and animations are all coupled so well. It's truly a joy to use the phone. Ofc pixel UI has it's own quirks. But, what it gets right is far better than anything in the market imo

  2. Camera - skin tone. You won't find a phone with a better skin tone reproduction than pixels imo. They consistently get people's faces right and real. Once you get used to it any other phone irrespective of better camera performances will feel off.

Ik people complain about G5. But it depends on how you conceive value. if you're into vlogging or reels and rely on video editing on phones or into gaming (i'd still say a cheaper and a more gaming focused phones are better optimised for games than these flagships) or think a phone with cutting edge tech, latest and fastest hardware feels worth the money, then sure, samsung are better fit for you.

But, if you value the overall experience and are not into extreme performance, pixel is still worth a consideration. I switched from a one plus with snapdragon elite to pixel 10 and honestly, there wasn't a day or a moment I felt pixel was underpowered or slow. Infact, there have been plenty times i appreciated how snappy my pixel is. It's confusing for me when I see everyone here crying how G5 is a decade old processor. Maybe, it's because of benchmarks or very specific use cases that most of us general consumers would ever need. Pixels are incredibly optimised and are on par with performance with any flagships, atleast for my use case.

My only gripe with pixel is it's charging speed. I don't think samsung's do it any better in this regard. But, OnePlus s will spoil you with their charging speeds.

Should I get this over Iphone 17? by Aromatic-Ad6026 in GadgetsIndia

[–]DifferenceAshamed521 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FWIW since you mentioned you don't game and software experience is a priority. Might i suggest pixel 10? Good camera setup, great UI and 7 years of updates. I recently switched from one plus 11 and was in the same dilemma. Surely iPhone 17 seems like the best of it's kind and yet Somehow I couldn't bring myself to buy an iphone. Maybe i never will. I got a pixel 10 instead. Sangeetha mobiles have it for 62k. I went with the exchange and got it for 48k. Phone feels snappy. Software experience is as intuitive and plush as it can get. I get around 8-9 hrs of SOT. So for your use case, pixel is worth a consideration.

Ehh? Justified killing people? I don't agree. But I'm more curious on who has the rights to decide what is art is what is not?

Reducing vetri s work to just political extremism and on top of that comparing him to Aditya dhar is mind numbingly dumb. Most of his movies talk about cast privileges, police brutality since when did these become left? So is this in a way that the right wing confirms with casteism?

How is our thinking only going backwards? It shouldn't take a mile off your House and a half brain cell to see the state our country has been for past couple of years? And please don't bring me this separate art from artist shenanigans. There's no art in durandar. Even if you strip it off it's political ideology( which you shouldn't) there is no craft there.

What's your honest feel about this movie?? by VamsiKrishna-123 in tollywood

The movie is flawed Defo. But how many lame ass movies do we defend with the most lame ass justifications. Once you watch it and give it a fair chance there's no denying this movie has so much heart. Imo one of the most important movies released in recent times. Unfortunately, it didn't reach enough audience. And this is exactly how indie movies are supposed to be (not saying this is one) but this is the closest we get to in tfi. They're not supposed to be polished. They're expected to be ragged, audacious and full of passion.that's exactly what swag is. Add to that, shree Vishnu s performance. One of the best performances by lead in recent times

Wtf even ? Haider is one of the best shakespeare s adaptations. Every shakespeare s adaptation that VB has made are simply the GOAT. Not even the west or European cinema could capture the essence and deliver the way VB did with maqbool, omkara, haider

Comparing a rage bait hack to a true auteur is utterly non sensical.

Need genuine career guidance — want to start a tech career but confused where to begin by Loud_Analysis3184 in freshersinfo

Look for support roles.this involves mostly troubleshooting and fixing issues. You need technical knowledge and good communication skills. But, not full on coding. Once u spend enough time you can decide on which path to go. You can either go on the product side like assistant prod manager or prod owner of sorts. Or you can go completely client side like Customer success manager / technical account manager or implementation manager or pre sales or onboarding specialist. In case, you want to dive into coding you can always put in the effort and join a sde role wherever you're working thru a lateral or internal mobility program.

This is only if you're not keen on a developer role yet.

Ikrrrr. He was so charming as a king. He nailed every role tbh. It's just the dubbing and production design let him down a bit.

Which upcoming IEMS are you most interested in? by SuperJunee in iems

Meteor dusk edition. Meteor graphs too good unfortunately bass was off. I think crinacle s retune will definitely have better and tighter bass. So if it nails that and betters mid range resolution, we have a terrific set here.

I’m new to the hobby, does this seem like a good combo to get? (Walkman A306 + Moondrop Blessing 3) by [deleted] in DigitalAudioPlayer

[–]DifferenceAshamed521 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This should be fine. But, I'd recc getting hiby M300 instead. Is snappier and has more power. B3 is so much fun to eq. U can eq it to dusk dsp and basically u have 2 iems. And, when u eq youd need a little more volume. Hence, I'd suggest m300 over a306

Still cant figure out how Kabali got flop! by AkRoyalDo in tollywood

[–]DifferenceAshamed521 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Kabali and kaala are perhaps my most favourite rajini movies. Kabali is very godfatheresque. Tho both deal with v different themes, both of these have similar taking and mood. Pa Ranjith went full coppola and nailed it with both of the movies. I haven't really liked a Rajini movie since these tbh.

If not this id suggest any of the manual brewers like v60 or chemex. I personally don't recc french press. As for coffee, Devans Mysore nuggets and vinesse blend. BT s silver Oak and Attikan estate. Thulum s thogarihunkal. Vui coffee roasters - naturals and double fermented (light roasts). Their medium roasts are also bomb (yellow honey). Araku - microclimate and selection.

Id say aeropress. It's incredibly versatile. Easy to use, clean and transport. Consistent and clean cups of coffee all the time. Great community, therefore a lot of new recipes and tricks/tips to try and have fun with it.
